Training magazine's "Top 125" for training excellence in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012

Companies are selected for the Training magazine Top 125 based on factors such as training programs, methods of employee evaluation and measurement, and financial commitment to training. Training magazine also conducted workplace surveys and analyzed a variety of training and personnel data from each applicant prior to selection as a Training Top 125 company. AlliedBarton is proud to be the first security services company on Training magazine’s list and the only to be honored for seven consecutive years.



Chief Learning Officer magazine LearningElite Award in 2012

Chief Learning Officer magazine's LearningElite program honors the best organizations for learning and development. The peer-reviewed ranking and benchmarking program recognizes organizations that have commendable workforce development strategies which deliver significant business results. The program was developed under the guidance of a group of chief learning officers and senior learning and development practitioners and utilizes best practices in evaluation to rank the best organizations based upon their impact, size and industries served.

 



Pennsylvania Distance Learning Association (PADLA) Excellence in eLearning Award in 2009

PADLA

Each year at its Annual Conference, PADLA recognizes one company’s eLearning content and delivery system as the best. Professionals who design, develop and deliver training in a variety of media serve as judges for this award. Courses are evaluated for quality of content as well as overall system look, feel and functionality. We are proud the AlliedBarton EDGE was ranked as the best eLearning system from among entries submitted by companies of all sizes in southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.



Onrec Recruiting Achievement - Most Innovative Online Recruiters Award in 2009

The Onrec awards reward innovation, success, growth and achievements among companies who recruit online. AlliedBarton was the only company recognized by Onrec in the category of Innovative Online Recruiters for 2009. This particular award is given to individuals who have applied original techniques and ideas in the quest to attract and recruit talent via the internet. The award represents AlliedBarton’s ongoing efforts to upgrade our talent and leverage new social networking technologies.



The American Society for Training & Development BEST award in 2008

The ASTD (American Society for Training & Development) BEST Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success through employee learning and development. ASTD is the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. Through an online application, the 2008 BEST Awards received entries from organizations in seven countries. These organizations submitted quantitative and qualitative information to ASTD about their learning and development practices and programs.



The American Society for Training & Development Excellence in Practice award (Workplace Learning & Development) in 2008 and 2011

The ASTD Excellence in Practice Award recognizes AlliedBarton’s Leadership Boot Camp in the Workplace Learning and Development category. AlliedBarton also received two citations. The Excellence in Practice Awards are presented for proven practices that meet a demonstrated need, have appropriate design values, are aligned with other performance improvement initiatives, and deliver clear and measurable results. 



Corporate University Xchange - Innovation in Corporate Learning in 2008-2010

The Corporate University Xchange Awards for Excellence and Innovation in Corporate Learning honor learning organizations whose programs improve employee and business performance. AlliedBarton competed against international and domestic companies and was recognized in two categories – Launching, for its leadership development programs, and Alliances, for its partnership with the Center for Talent Retention in the development of Leadership Boot Camp.
