Robert "Rick" Aucoin Jr. (Image)Robert "Rick" Aucoin Jr.

Regional Training Manager, New England

Rick is the Regional Training Manager for the New England Region at AlliedBarton Security Services. He has more than 30 years of security experience, starting with the Massachusetts Department of Correction in 1976. He held a variety of positions while in corrections, to include Administrator / Instructor at the Department Training Academy. Rick started his position with AlliedBarton in February 2004.

In this position, Rick is responsible for overseeing the regional training department. He schedules and coordinates training classes, and maintains daily contact with District and Account Managers. Rick has instructor certifications in CPR through the American Red Cross, MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior), and PATH / OCAT.

 

Precious Jones (Image)Precious Jones

Regional Manager of Training and Uniforms

Precious is based in Atlanta, and is the Regional Manager of Training and Uniforms. She joined AlliedBarton in 2002 as a District Trainer. Including her training experience with the company, she has more than 12 years of corporate and technical training experience with companies such as Equifax, Convergys and MCI WorldCom.

Precious is an active member of the American Society for Training & Development. Her experience in technology, instructional design and platform skills training have provided her with a broad base of experience to ensure the highest quality training standards are achieved.

Mark Montagna (Image)Mark Montagna

Regional Training Manager, Metro Region

Mark Montagna comes to AlliedBarton Security Services with a law enforcement background. Achieving the rank of Captain, Mark was responsible for the administrative and operational commands of the Police Department. He has 10 years of experience at the executive level and provided leadership, direction and support for the officers at the ranks of Lieutenant, Sergeant and Patrol Officer. His training background includes attending numerous law enforcement classes and seminars, and he is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy program at Quantico, VA

Mark is responsible for developing and scheduling all levels of training that Federal and State law and client contract requires. He also develops and instructs presentations on topics such as Gang Awareness, Identity Theft, Internet Safety and Management of Aggressive Behavior.

Regional Training Manager, Florida Region

Bill is a Regional Training Manager with AlliedBarton Security Services. He is responsible for the training and development of the Florida Region. He directs AlliedBarton’s training professionals servicing seven separate district offices located throughout the state and more than 2,900 employees. He has been with AlliedBarton Security Services for six years and has 10 years of industry experience. His past positions include serving as Operations Manager for AlliedBarton, Security Specialist for the Florida Army National Guard and Deployment NCO in the United States Army.

 

Paul Danek (Image)Paul Danek

Regional Training Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region

Paul Danek has more than 30 years of documented success in a combination of military, law enforcement and security management positions of increasing responsibilities. After retiring from the U.S. Army in 2000 he joined the AlliedBarton team as an Account Manager. Four years later he became a District Trainer.

In 2005, Paul was promoted to Regional Training Manager where he currently oversees the training programs for the Mid-Atlantic Region and Government Services consisting of about 2,600 security officers. He also has operational supervision over five District and Government Services Trainers.

 

Bill King (Image)Brent O'Bryan

Regional Director of Human Capital Management - Philadelphia Region

Brent started with AlliedBarton in 1998. Brent has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Calvin College and a master’s degree in Human Resources from West Chester University. With more than 15 years experience in recruiting, human resources and training, Brent currently oversees all aspects of Human Capital Management in a region with over 5,200 employees. Besides oversight of all officer and contract-related training requirements, Brent is responsible for leadership development programs such as Operations University, Performance Management, and Leaders Teaching Leaders.

 

Stephen McBride (Image)Stephen McBride

District Trainer, Midwest Region

As the District Trainer for AlliedBarton Security Services Midwest Region, Steve conducts the Security Officer Basic Course (SOBC), Supervisor Training and Master Security Officer Training (MSO) as well as compliance training, which includes Fire Safety Officer (FSO), First Aid, AED, CPR and other aspects of AlliedBarton training.  Steve tracks all compliance training and ensures employees are compliant with our company and state-mandated requirements.  Steve was previously recognized as a superior Safety Officer and Command Center Operator, garnering Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year accolades for his exceptional service.  Prior experience includes over 10 years in Customer Service and Managerial positions within the health & fitness industry. 

 

Timothy E. Starr (Image)Timothy E. Starr

District Trainer, South Carolina

Tim began with AlliedBarton as Account Manager of Baptist Medical Center in Columbia, at that time an AlliedBarton account. In 1996, Tim became the trainer for the Columbia office. Since then, his job has evolved into District Trainer for South Carolina, overseeing the training of over 700 officers. Tim is certified by South Carolina as a firearms instructor and is also a Non-Violent Crisis Intervention instructor; American Red Cross CPR, AED, First Aid Instructor, and as an OCAT and Path Instructor.

 

Carl Lally (Image)Carl Lally

National Portfolio Manager

Carl completed a 20+ year commitment to the United States Army; serving as a Noncommissioned Officer in charge of SWAT Teams, Drugs Teams, and Force Protection Elements. In January 2002, Carl retired from the United States Army as a First Sergeant. Carl further developed his security skills as a Corporate Operations Manager for an electronic security agency headquartered in Lancaster, PA, successfully managing the agency's operations for two years.

Since coming on board with AlliedBarton in June of 2004, as a Roving Account Manager, Carl successfully managed a large portfolio of individual accounts in excess of 4,000 service hours per week. Carl additionally held a District Recruiter and Trainer position until being transferred to the PREIT Portfolio where he was promoted to Training Director. Since then, Carl has been promoted to a National Portfolio Manager and remains responsible for the training of the PREIT Portfolio.
